    Welcome to RPALLC.com! Inside you will find a sampling of our work over the last fifteen years and a description of the goals we strive for on each and every project.
    My name is Rich Powell and I have lived in Boulder County since 1977. I started my construction career at that time learning the most basic skills.
    RPALLC has been licensed by the City of Boulder since 1989. I hold a Class B License in both Boulder and Denver, which allows me to build commercial or residential buildings up to three stories, and, of course, I have full liability insurance. All of my subcontractors have full liability insurance as well.
